You Might Be Wondering…

Is this work real? Will anything actually happen?

This is the question I hear most often, and I welcome it. What surprises almost every client is how real the contact feels, even in the first session. I won't ask you to believe before you experience it. Come curious, and let that be enough.

Do I need to have a spiritual practice or background already?

No. You need only curiosity and a quiet knowing that something more exists. Many clients arrive without language for what they're seeking and they find it here.

Do I need to have finished therapy first?

Not finished (are we ever really finished ?!) but this work is most powerful for those who have already done some inner work. If you understand your trauma and have some capacity to regulate yourself, and you feel something deeper still calling you, this is likely the right time.

What does 'ancestral ceremonial session' actually mean?

Every session is a small ceremony. It is opened and closed with intention and held in sacred space. You are not coming to talk about your ancestors the way you might in therapy. You are entering a container to meet them, in their wise and well forms, across time and planes. What happens within that space is different every time, and entirely tailored to what you carry.

What do you mean by 'becoming a good ancestor'?

It means healing what you carry so that what you pass forward is repair, not repetition. The wounds in your lineage were not your fault but you have the capacity to be the one who tends to them. For yourself, for your children, for the ones not yet born. This is the horizon of the work.

What does ritual practice look like and do I have to do a lot?

Small acts of intention are enough. Lighting a candle, a moment of stillness, or a few words offered before sleep. What matters is the willingness to tend to what we uncover, rather than let it stay only inside the session. That commitment is what makes the work last.
