I am not the source of the wisdom.

They are.

What I bring to this work is not a clinical framework. It is a daily, living relationship with my helping spirits whose guidance reaches across time and planes in ways that ordinary conversation simply cannot.

When you sit with me, you are not receiving my analysis. You are receiving guidance from the unseen; from your ancestors in their wise and well forms, from the helping spirits who have been with you all along, waiting for you to turn and listen.

Who I am

  • I hold a PhD in research and evaluation  which means I am trained to ask rigorous questions, to look beneath the surface for what is actually true, and to hold complexity without collapsing it into easy answers. That shapes the way I listen.

But what I offer is not research, and it is not therapy. It is spiritual coaching, specifically, ancestral ceremonial work. I have spent years developing a deep, practiced relationship with helping spirits through ceremony, study, and earth-based and mystical traditions. This is not something I do professionally and go home from.

    It is how I live.

  • Unconditional love is the only force that binds everything. It moves through ancestral lines the way light moves through water - bending, scattering, but never extinguished. Your ancestors, in their truest forms, carry that light.

    So do you.

I also believe this work is for everyone. Every ancestral line holds both wound and wisdom. Every person who does this work — who becomes a good ancestor — changes what gets passed forward. That is not a small thing.

    That is everything.

This is not a replacement for therapy. It is what becomes possible after therapeutic work has taken root, when something broader and more ancient begins to call you.

  • I prioritize personal well-being in ways that enable me to effectively serve others. This includes being willing to ask for and to receive support.

I sustain active and generative relationships with my ancestors and seek to embody the principles of ancestral and family healing.

I model cultural self-responsibility, fairness, and respect and do not discriminate with regard to ethnicity, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, mental or physical ability, political views, nationality, immigration status, or socio-economic background.

I adhere to the Ancestral Healing Practitioners Code of Ethics and related agreements as well as ethical codes and agreements relevant to my credentials, professional associations, and other forms of service in the world.

I commit to proactive communication, personal responsibility, and regard for impact when navigating relational and structural power differentials with clients, students, practitioners, and colleagues.

I maintain and affirm healthy boundaries and practice active consent in sessions and teachings and in discerning when, how, and with whom to offer my services.

I encourage others to relate directly with their supportive ancestors and cultures of origin and foster cooperation and mutual respect among colleagues and practitioners from other traditions.

I seek to resolve conflicts in proactive, direct, and generative ways. This includes using established channels for conflict resolution, avoiding gossip, and encouraging good outcomes and repair.

I commit to a path of life-long learning and professional growth. This includes participating in continuing education, inviting feedback, and welcoming support.

I practice respect both for diverse types of human ancestors as well as for our other-than-human kin, seen and unseen, terrestrial and beyond.
